Refund & Returns Policy

At Study Safe Vision, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and how to initiate a return or request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1.2 Condition of Products

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a return or refund.

1.3 Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This helps us verify that the product was purchased from Study Safe Vision.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items that have been opened or used
3. How to Initiate a Return
3.1 Contact Us

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at sophiecarboni0509@gmail.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if the product is defective or damaged.

3.2 Return Authorization

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.

3.3 Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you use our pre-paid shipping label.

4. Refunds
4.1 Inspection and Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

4.2 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sophiecarboni0509@gmail.com.

4.3 Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

5. Exchanges
5.1 Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, contact us at sophiecarboni0509@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process.

5.2 Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product is out of stock, we may offer a refund instead.

6. Return Shipping Costs
6.1 Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6.2 Pre-Paid Shipping Labels

In cases where we provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

7. Refunds for Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
